🏀 OSSAA Basketball District Games are scheduled for this Thursday, February 19th! The Stroud Tigers will be playing Summit Christian. Varsity Girls will start us off at 6pm followed by Varsity Boys at 7:30pm! As this is an OSSAA event, all admission charges will apply. The only accepted pass is issued by the OSSAA. Student and adult admission is $10 cash. Tickets may be purchased online for $8.35 at GoFan: https://gofan.co/app/school/OK21131 A pay-per-view broadcast of the game will be available at: https://www.nfhsnetwork.com/events/stroud-high-school-stroud-ok Please note: This is an OSSAA playoff event and will be a pay-per-view broadcast. 💕 The National Honor Society students continued their kindness journey this week by visiting the Stroud Prairie Point Assisted Living Center. The students made special Valentines for each resident to share! 🩷It's a GREAT day to be a TIGER!🩷

❤️ This week our National Honor Society students visited the PreK classes at Parkview Elementary to help decorate Valentine buckets. Moments like these remind us of how meaningful it is when students of all ages come together and show kindness. 💙It's a GREAT day to be a TIGER!💙

It has been a busy week for Stroud FCCLA! Kyle Anderson spent the past several days instructing culinary students and assisting Stroud’s FCCLA with their catering project for the High School Valentine’s Dance. Students took the lead by creating and producing their own menu as part of a competitive FCCLA project for FCCLA Member, Emeri Bradley. The students showed off their creativity and skills with their impressive food presentations! Thank you, Kyle, for sharing your expertise with our students! 💙It's a GREAT day to be a TIGER!💙

This week our school recognized Dude. Be Nice. Week. This special week focuses on encouraging kindness, respect, and positive connections throughout our community. Students attended daily assemblies where they learned about the importance of choosing kindness, supporting one another, and creating a welcoming environment for everyone. Each day’s message was followed by kindness activities that allowed students to put those lessons into action. On Friday, the students had their final assembly where they recognized Leon and Vivian Henshaw. They show up for our students at almost every event and truly represent what it means to be a Tiger! Dude. Be Nice. Week is a reminder that even small acts of kindness can make a big difference. Kindness does not stop at our school doors. Our students are setting an example for our entire community on what it truly means to show the spirit of a Stroud Tiger through kindness, respect, and character. 💙It's a GREAT day to be a TIGER!💙

He recently competed in the 2026 Microsoft Office Specialist U.S. National Championship Fall Qualifier and was in the top 10 placements in the state.
