📚Ms. Johnson's high school students brought The Odyssey to life with their very own Odd-A-See (Odyssey) Fair! Students created a variety of wacky and creative games inspired by Odysseus’ 10-year journey home to Ithaca from Troy. Guests could test their skills with Cyclops Cornhole, Laestrygonians Boulder Toss, Helios’ Zeus’ Revenge Card, Circe’s Roll the Pigs, Whack Scylla, and more! There were also challenges to put a skeleton together before time ran out, create a flower like the Lotus-Eaters, and even bring your best singing voice for the Sirens! 💙It'a a GREAT day to be a TIGER!💙

💙🎓 Yesterday, our seniors took an important step toward their future during Oklahoma’s College App Week! Our counselor, Mrs. Elerick, set up tables in the Media Center and worked one on one with students to help them navigate and complete their college applications! 💙It's a GREAT day to be a TIGER!💙

📚Our 7th Grade Science students had a blast in Mrs. Young's Science Class last Friday as they put their bubble making skills to the test! Students tested four different types of dish soap, using equal amounts of soap and water, along with a homemade bubble recipe. Their goal? To find out which soap could make the biggest bubbles!

And the results were definitely surprising! While many expected Dawn to come out on top, it was Always Save generic dish soap that produced the biggest bubbles!

Science is all about asking questions, making predictions, testing ideas, and sometimes discovering that the results aren’t what you expected!

🩷*REMINDER*🩷 Today is the LAST day to register for the Pink Out Pom Clinic!

Cost is $20 per student, participants will learn a fun pom routine, receive a T-shirt and enjoy a snack. The students will then show off what they’ve learned with a special halftime performance at the October 2nd football game!

Payments are due September 29th and may be turned in to the Parkview Elementary Office.

Stroud Public Schools will be hosting the 2026 OSSAA Competitive Cheer Regional Competition this Saturday, September 19th at the Rt. 66 Coliseum. Doors open at 10:30am.
