🏃‍♀️🏃High School and Middle School Cross Country Practice 2026! We will begin High School and Middle School Cross Country practice Thursday, July 23rd from 7:00 a.m. - 8:15 a.m. at the coliseum. Please make sure you have a current physical for this school year. You will not be able to practice if we do not have a current physical on file. We will practice every day (Monday - Friday) at this time unless you are notified of a change. Make sure to have good running shoes and a water bottle for practice! 🎶*UPDATE* Please note the following change to the Spirit of Stroud band schedule. July 29th will no longer be a full marching band and guard practice day. The only students who should report on this day are those who have been contacted by Mr. Couch regarding uniform pickup. All other band students will have the day off. The next full day of band will be Monday, August 3rd, from 8:00am to 3:30pm. This will mark the beginning of the Spirit of Stroud Marching Band Tiger Pride Week, August 3rd–7th.
