🎭 OSU Theatre professor, David Weber, visited Mrs. Martinez 4th hour Theatre Class to share his expertise in the industry. Pictured are students participating in Improv activities designed to engage and entertain.

🎨 Stroud's Town Talk asked Parkview Art Students to be a part of adding tiles to the courtyard downtown. Parkview PTO members, Baylee Billings and Stephanie Anthony painted the little hands of the Pre-K, Kindergarten and First Grade girls.

📚Last week the Parkview 5th graders had the opportunity to tour the middle school as they prepare for an exciting transition into 6th grade! Students explored classrooms, learned about programs and activities, met staff members, and got a glimpse of what middle school life will be like next year! 🔷It's a GREAT day to be a TIGER!🔷

The Stroud High School Art Department has been busy designing and painting a mural alongside Rt. 66. The mural was designed by Art I and Art II students Brennyn Neeley and Jackson Mitchell. Several students have volunteered their time to prime and paint the mural. Estimated date of completion is Tuesday, May 12th. The property owners, John and Janna Collins, came forward at the beginning of the school year with the idea for their AirBnB location, and the art department is delighted to participate and help contribute their artistic skills to our beloved community and Rt. 66!

Stroud High School Art I, Art II, and AP 3D Art & Design students have made some truly amazing work this school year! We welcome the public to our Closing Exhibition Reception on Friday, May 15th from 5-7pm. Refreshments will be served alongside an awards ceremony at 6pm. This exhibition will be juried by Tulsan artist Randy Vaughn, who will also be a guest speaker for our art students early next week, sharing his knowledge as an experienced sculptor, creating large-scale public art.

School physicals will be held tomorrow, May 6th. Physical paperwork was sent home with students today. Students entering 6th through 12th grade who plan to participate in athletics and or band are required to have a completed physical. There will be no make-up days. Students will need to get a physical completed with their primary care physician if missed. Please make sure the front and back of the first page are fully completed, signed, and returned with your student in order for the physician to complete the physical. Please contact the MS or HS office if you have any questions. There will be additional forms available on site.

🎶 The band and choir students were excited to welcome the 5th grade students to a special Music Fair! This event gave students a chance to explore the opportunities available to them as they move into 6th grade. The students tried out instruments, learned more about the choir opportunities as well as listened to the current members perform! We can’t wait to see them continue their musical journey with us next year!

⚾️ Baseball Senior Night⚾️ Tonight we will be recognizing our Baseball Seniors at 4:30PM at the Stroud Baseball Complex. Varsity will play Stratford at 5PM followed by JV!
