Regular meetings of the Stroud Board of Education are generally held on the second Monday of each Month at 6:00 p.m. in the evening. Some exceptions do occur due to holidays, etc. Meetings are held in the Board of Education Meeting Room, currently located in the Administration Building at 720 Gillispie Ave, Stroud, Oklahoma. Each meeting agenda will be posted in advance of the scheduled meeting, in accordance with Oklahoma State Statutes. The posted location will be on the outside door of the east entrance of the Administration Building (formerly the Middle School).

Please note that minutes posted subsequent to any Board of Education meeting are considered "unofficial" until such time as they are formally presented and approved at the next meeting of the Board.
