Regular meetings of the Stroud Board of Education are held on the second Monday of each Month at 6:00 p.m. in the evening. Meetings are held in the Board of Education Meeting Room, located at 501 North 1st Avenue, Stroud, Oklahoma.

Each meeting agenda will be posted in advance of the scheduled meeting, in accordance with Oklahoma State Statutes. The posted location will be on the outside door of the southeast end of the Stroud High School building marked "Junior High" over the entrance.
